Cancellations and No Shows
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer your appointment, in a timely manner, to people who are on our waitlist. If you miss or cancel at the last minutes 3 times, you will be required to provide a credit card to book any future appointments. If you miss or last minute cancel an appointment after this time we will charge you for half of your scheduled service. If we are able to fill your cancelled appointment, we will wave this charge. This allows our commission based staff to still get paid when an appointment is missed.
Lateness
If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, we may need to adjust your service to fit within the remaining time. If we are running behind schedule this WILL NOT effect your appointment and we will still complete all scheduled services.
Change of Scheduled Service
We understand that everyone changes their mind sometimes, but if you schedule an appointment for a specific service then you decide you would like something different, please call the salon to inform us of the change. This allows us to be sure that we have the correct time scheduled for the service you are hoping to receive. This will help you to avoid disappointment on the day of your scheduled appointment if it turns out that we are unable to achieve your goals in the allotted time.
Refunds and Redos
If you are not happy with your service, please contact the salon directly within one week of the service date. We do not offer refunds as there is no way for us to recuperate the time spent to complete your service, however, we do offer complimentary adjustments in order to make sure that in the end you receive the service as discussed at the consultation. In the event that you change your mind after a service has been performed and you wish to do a completely different look than originally discussed, this will result in a full charge of the price of the new service.
Clothing
We have smocks available to change into prior to your service. Alternately, please don’t wear good clothes to your service. We do our best to protect your clothing therefore we are not responsible for any damage.
Salon Etiquette
We will not tolerate discriminatory language, abusive language, racism, harassment, inappropriate touching or general lack of respect. If we feel that your behaviour is inappropriate towards any of our staff or guests you will be asked to leave immediately.
